Yesterday I had my first state tournament in chess. My school and me got 3rd place in the entire state!!! On my team I got 2nd on my team with 3 wins and 2 losses. I am so excited!!! Well, I gotta go. BYE!!! :)

Yesterday I went to see Avatar 3-D and it was awesome!!! A couple months ago or so I thought Transformers 2 was awesome, well, I was wrong. Avatar 3-D was only about... 100,000,000,000 times better!!! Well, I gotta go. BYE!!!

Last Saturday I had my first Chess Tournament and I think I did pretty good. I tied my first opponent , Now here is the twist, I won my second game but they recorded it as a loss!!! I then won my final three rounds and I didn't find out they recorded my second game wrong until after round five. I thought I had 4.5 out of 5 points in my first tournament but then I found out they said I got 3.5 out of 5 instead! Either way, I still did pretty good in my opinion. In the end, I still got a trophy for third... on the team. Hey, it's better than no trophy at all! :) BYE!!!

I was so depressed when I found out I was grounded from video games for an entire month. Today my mom asked if I played video games over at Cooper's house and I said we just played mini-hoop the whole time. Then I said that life without video games isn't as bad as I thought,life is actually better without them. I never thought I would say that!!! I actually completely forgot I was even grounded! That's all the time I have so...BYE!!!

Tonight we had beef and noodles for dinner and my brother Drew hates it. So my mom said if he doen't eat a spoonful he has to go to his room. So then he started crying and my mom put it in his mouth, and he spit it out... on her!!! He is still in his room right now. :) :) :)

Today was just a normal day. I went to school, played with my friend for a while(only fun part),and now well I am on the CPU...of course. I am so excited!!! The Saints(my #1 favorite team) are going to play the Colts(my #2 favorite team) in the Super Bowl!!! I'm not sure who exactly to root for. I admit it, I am SO jealous right now. My Dad is at the Colts game right now and has field-level seats at the 25 yard-line!!! I am so excited for some football tonight. Go Saints!!!!! So bored, nothing has happened today. BYE!!!

It has been quite a while since I was last grounded and I guess I just forgot how much it stinks being grounded. I mean, I'm not sure I can live through an entire month with no video games at all!!! All I can do is a puzzle every now and then. On the bright side, my mom and dad downloaded some of my favorite songs on my MP3 player so it's not all that bad. Well... it's only day one of about 30 so ... yeah... BYE!!!

Well... today the report cards came from school. I did pretty good. But one bad grade and now,no video games for one month! Well, look on the bright side, at least I have my friend's to go to to play mini-hoop and play with his dog too. Hopefully things will turn around by the end of the year. Worst Day of The Year... So Far

Hey,Today I experienced the worst day of my year so far. We had an Ice storm two days ago so first, On the way to the bus stop, I slipped,fell right on my butt, and slid another five feet!!! Then on my way home from the bus stop I was tackled into the snow/ice and walked the rest of the way home with a cold face. Finally, I got home and I find out, 1.) All doors are locked. 2.) The garage code is iced shut. 3.) I REALLY have to go to the bathroom! BAD!!! I started walking to my friends house to stay for a while THEN my mom shows up. Took her long enough!!! :) Well, that's what happened today. Bye!!!

Grounded...Again

Well...let's just say I won't be talking for quite a while. Why? Well, I'm grounded...again. All because I just HAD to talk in class so now I have a B in math.Just my luck too! Luckily, the grounding isn't official until Friday because the grades don't come out until then, so I still have some time. So far this year, life isn't going so well for this Iowa boy! :( See ya!
